Order and Returns

Ordering Info:
Orders must be placed by 12pm EST Monday – Friday to start processing on the same day. Processing time usually takes 1-3 business days. If something happens to be out of stock or on back order we will contact you immediately. Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday – Friday. Orders Placed on Saturday & Sunday will not be processed until the following Monday.

 

Warehouse Locations:
While our primary location is in North Carolina, we do have other warehouse that we ship from in the US. We do our best to ship orders from the closest warehouse to your location to improve delivery times. We will also on occasion drop ship directly from the manufacturer if items are low stock.

 

Accepted Payment Methods
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX, Paypal, Google Pay and ShopPay. You will be directed to choose your payment method at time of Check-out on our website.
We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that we deem to be fraudulent or suspicious.

Billing/Shipping Info
We can ship to any confirmed address that you provide. For safety reasons we always recommend that you ship items to the billing address of the credit card.

International Orders

We welcome all international customers. You may use any authorized payment method that we accept. We do recommend that you contact us first to make sure the shipping quote provided by our website is 100% accurate. The shipping quotes provided at the time of purchase may vary and additional charges can apply.

Return Policy:

For Unopened and Unused merchandise we offer a 30 Day Return policy (minus standard 20% restock fee). All returns are assessed our standard 20% restocking fee.

  • Return Shipping is the always the buyer's responsibility.
  • Buyer must contact HPTautosport before returning any merchandise. We reserve the right to refuse any returns sent back without authorization.
  • For items that have been opened or installed: only the manufacturer’s warranty applies, no refund or return is allowed.
  • If you send back an open, installed or damaged item it will be sent back to you and you will be charged for shipping the item back to you.
  • For purchases older than 30 days, HPT will determine if the return will be allowed and restocking fee of up to 50% can be applied.
  • Effective March 1st 2020, we will be unable to refund your processing fees when we cancel or refund your order. The original processing fees (US 3% / INT 4.5%) will be withheld from your refund.

 

Order Cancellation Policy: 
We will try our best to cancel orders within 1 hour after the order has been placed. If more than 1 hour has passed since you placed your order, we may not be able to facilitate your cancellation request. In this case your order would need to be treated as a Return and restocking fees can apply.

 

Effective March 1st 2020, we will be unable to refund your processing fees when we cancel or refund your order. The original processing fees (US 3% / INT 4.5%) will be withheld from your refund.

 

Product Warranties:

HPT is a licensed dealer for 100’s of manufacturers. The full manufacturers warranty on each item will apply when purchased from HPT.  In the instance of a warranty claim, we will generally have you send the product directly to the manufacturer. HPT does not warrant any product directly if we do not manufacturer it ourselves. Please familiarize yourself with the manufacturer's warranty before contacting us with a warranty claim.

Special Order Items:

Special order items are classified as:

-Non stock items
-Items we may not have listed on our website
-Anything we have to order directly from a manufacturer on the customers behalf
We reserve the right to price special order items at or above retail pricing. Surcharges may apply to special order items including manufacturer drop ship fees.
